3. User Responsibilities
- —Accuracy: You acknowledge that AI models can hallucinate or provide inaccurate information. You are responsible for verifying any critical information.
- —Prohibited Content: You agree not to use the Service to generate illegal, hateful, harassing, or explicit content.
- —Sensitive Data: As stated in the Privacy Policy, you agree not to input sensitive personal data such as social security numbers, credit card details, or private health information.
4. Intellectual Property

6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Lilit, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the Service, any conduct or content of any third party, any content obtained from the Service, or unauthorized access to your transmissions or content.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
8. Payments and Cryptocurrency Transactions
Blockchain-Based Service Credits
- —Nature of Payments: All payments are made in cryptocurrency (USDT, USDC) via direct blockchain transfers to addresses generated by the System. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible, final, and non-refundable.
- —No Custody of Funds: Cryptocurrency addresses are generated solely for receiving payment. You do not own these addresses. Funds immediately become property of Lilit. Internal credits ("Insights" or "Minutes") have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged, withdrawn, or converted.
- —Transaction Risks: You are responsible for sending the correct cryptocurrency type to the correct network. Funds sent to the wrong network may be permanently lost. Lilit is not liable for losses from user error.
- —Network Fees: You are responsible for all gas fees. Failed transactions due to insufficient gas are your responsibility.
- —Exchange Rates: Prices are USD-denominated. Crypto amounts are calculated at time of payment. Lilit may adjust amounts if significant market fluctuations occur before confirmation.
- —Confirmation & Delays: Credits are added after required blockchain confirmations. Network congestion may cause delays. Contact support with TxID if unconfirmed after 24 hours.
- —No Chargebacks: Cryptocurrency payments cannot be charged back. You waive the right to dispute through banks or credit card companies. Fraud attempts result in immediate termination and forfeiture of credits.
- —Compliance: You warrant funds are not from illegal activity. Lilit may freeze accounts and report suspicious transactions. Funds from sanctioned entities may be retained as required by law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
